We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 30 days at support@dmetgoodies.store and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • We’ll respond within one business day with next steps.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because our products are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened product for food-safety reasons — but we’ll always make a fair situation right. Your satisfaction is the point.
